7 Simple Habits for Weight Loss


Losing weight is about more than looking lean and athletic; it is about establishing a healthy lifestyle, increasing self-esteem, and creating energy. The most challenging piece involved with weight loss is that you must dedicate time, effort, discipline, and consistency before you feel successful and obtain results that last.

1. Eat a Good Balanced Diet _  Focus on fruits, vegetables, lean sources of protein and whole grains while avoiding fried foods and too much sugar.


2. Stay Hydrated  _ Good hydration helps with digestion, burns calories and lessens hunger.


3. Exercise Regularly _ Walk, jog, or do yoga for at least 30 minutes a day.


4. Portion Control  _ Less intake of completely balanced meals instead of binges.


5. Sleep -   Better sleep helps balance your body and doesn't tempt as often.


6. Manage Stress  - Stress causes many people to eat for emotional reasons; practice relaxation, prayer, or meditation.


7. Set Goals _ Specify the how much you want to lose, and in what time frame. Goals help keep motivation.
